Covance's Introductory and Advanced HACCP courses are approved by the International HACCP Alliance. The cost of the one and a half day Introductory session is $600. The cost of the one day Advance session is $350. Both classes may be taken at a discounted rate of $800. Students may take the Introductory course only for a discounted rate of $75.
