Enhanced Prenatal and Postnatal Development (ePPND)

Enhanced Pre- and Post-natal Development (ePPND) study design evaluates all the stages of the traditional two study design (SEG II and SEG III) while using fewer animals.  Additionally, the ePPND study design provides an evaluation of the functional consequences of mid to late gestational exposure, something of particular value when assessing risk in monoclonal antibodies.
