Tissue Homogenization & Nucleic Acid Extraction

Nucleic acid extraction is the process of purifying nucleic acid, either DNA or RNA, from a biological sample, before completing an assay such as gene expression, genotyping, or sequencing. As an important foundational service, Covance Genomics Laboratory offers both sample prep and nucleic acid extraction, resulting in higher continuity and quality for your study.

Covance Genomics Laboratory has developed robust and high throughput extraction techniques for a variety of sample types within several species and states of submission.
