Nonhuman Primate Studies
Our own Primate Center of Excellence for your toxicology studies.
For more than 30 years, we’ve helped our partners conduct toxicology and safety assessment studies in nonhuman primates. We’re experienced in test article administration via common routes and often called to develop techniques that are more compound specific.
We are also one of the few establishments in the world with expertise using the common marmoset, an important model in determining the safety of large molecules. We are equally well-established with cynomologous and rhesus macaques.
A wide range of services in this crucial area of toxicology.
- Cardiovascular studies
- Ocular toxicology
- Bone toxicology
- Routine toxicology studies in marmosets
- Uroflow test
- Muscle circumference (anabolic effects)
- Body composition
- Continuous infusion
- Geriatric models
- Specialized NHP imaging – including: MRI, CT, Ultrasound
