Global Investigator Training & Call Center Support
Covance Central Laboratory Services has serviced more than 50,000 investigator sites worldwide. In 2003, Covance was rated the "best overall" contract research organization (CRO) to work with, according to a U.S. CenterWatch study.
We take pride in our commitment to servicing investigator sites in every aspect of clinical trial laboratory data collection, shipping and reporting.
Investigator Site Training
Covance offers extensive training for investigator sites from the beginning of the study through its completion. We offer on-site or Web-based training to investigators, study coordinators and any other personnel involved in specimen collection, processing or shipping of laboratory specimens. To support your investigator training efforts, we provide training manuals, videos and specimen collection requisition forms within patient kits. We offer training and materials in many different languages to support your worldwide training needs.
Investigator Call Center Support
The Investigator Call Center is responsible for the primary contact with active investigator sites during a clinical study. Primary contact involves patient safety information, panic and alert value conveyance, patient information verification and specimen transport/handling questions or issues. Because our call center staff has access to the protocol-specific database, they can answer questions when they are presented. Members of our call center staff can provide investigator support in up to 19 different languages. |
