Covance is totally committed to quality and to customer service. The company has a dedicated Quality Assurance Department at each of its operational sites, and the QA Department at Harrogate has around 40 staff members. Inspections and audits examine all aspects of study performance for factual integrity, GLP compliance, adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Company Policies and Procedures.
